Directions
Mix
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Flour
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
Add
- 2 Eggs and beat mixture
Add
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Butter
Mix with Spoon – place in greased muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
Optional: You may add 1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts. Your may also sprinkle top of each muffin with Granulated Maple Sugar.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
